USA CUSTOMERS - USPS RETURN SHIPPING UPDATE
Due to the temporary suspension of USPS International Services to Australia, related to impacts of the COVID-19 pandemic, higher return costs are expected. We are closely monitoring when USPS will resume their service to Australia.
Customers are advised to use priority couriers such as FedEx, DHL, Express Mail and UPS for Code B Returns. Please note, priority services do come at a higher cost than USPS.

What is your return policy?
Code B offers store credit in exchange for returned goods in original condition (unused, unworn and unaltered) with tags and liners attached.
FULL PRICED ITEMS
All full priced items returned in original condition are eligible for store credit to the value of the items. Our store credit does not expire.
All sale items are final sale and cannot be returned unless deemed faulty. If sale items are returned despite this policy, items will be sent back to you at an additional charge.
At Code B, we do not offer refunds for change of mind. This includes instances where a style did not suit you or did not fit how you wanted or expected it to.
We believe our products are described and shown accurately on our website. However if you feel there is a fault with your items please contact us immediately at email@example.com.
We are leniant with return times provided everything is still in original condition as we understand there are significant delays in the current climate.
However, please note we will not accept returns that have been returned over 60 days past the purchase date.
Please note Code B has the right to refuse a return if the returned item does not meet any of the above conditions. Please take care when trying on your items that you do not damage or mark them in any way including make up, tan and perfume.
How do I return my order?
If you have met the return requirements above and would like to start a return please follow the instructions on the returns card included with your order.

Are returns free?
Unfortunately the cost of returning your item(s) to the Code B Warehouse is not covered or reimbursed by us. However, we understand that international postage can be costly, so we do not expect express shipping on returns. The returns period applies to the time in which a return request must be submitted.
What if the item I received is damaged or faulty?
We try to ensure all items are of the best possible quality, however if you have any concerns with your order please contact us at email@example.com
What if I want to change or cancel my order?
We process your order as soon as it is placed so unfortunately once it has been submitted online and sent through to the warehouse, we are unable to cancel or change it. Should you no longer want your purchase after placing your order, you will need to submit a return request and send the items back once the order has been received.
Code B cannot be held responsible for the reimbursement of any shipping costs for change of mind purchases or due to the submission of incorrect shipping details when placing your order. Please ensure you check all shipping details carefully before submitting your order.
